Winner will be announced on the last business day of each month at 10:00 a.m.
Prize will vary each month. Only one winner per month. You need not be present to win. Parents must sign the children's form, or it will not be considered for the contest. Please print your child's name and telephone number clearly.
Print out the attached form, and drop it off in the Tahiti Trader Gift Shop (located in the Polynesian Water Park Resort's Lobby).
