LODGING RATES are based on 4 people. Add $15 for each additional person over age of 10 to the based on rate with a maximum capacity of 5 people. From Memorial Day through Labor Day add $15 for a Pool Side (Second or Third Floor) Room and $20 for a Pool Side Ground Floor Room to the rates below. Rates are subject to change and are only a guide for budgeting purposes.
