Cards: We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. The card-holder MUST be present at check-in, or we will need a Credit Card Authorization form completed.
Checks: Personal checks are not accepted at check-in.
Deposits: We do require the first night stay plus tax for deposit. Which will be charged to your credit card at time of reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICY: There is a 72 hour cancellation policy. So if you were to cancel your reservations there would be a $15 cancellation fee prior to 72 hours (three days). If you cancel within the last 72 hours, you would forfeit the entire deposit.

Check-in time is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is at 11:00 a.m. After you have everything out of your room, you may stay and use the water park facilities for the rest of the day. There are lockers and showers available in the Temple of the Black Pearl.
PET POLICY: No Pets Allowed.
RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE BASED ON OCCUPACY
Add $15 for Saturday only (based on occupancy).
When the Outdoor Water Park is open, there is an additional charge of $15 for a poolview room and $20 for a poolview ground floor room.
